JIVA has invested in a great deal to support female workers. We are in the process of starting a factory where every employee – from the security guard to the electrician to the tailors and supervisors – will be a woman. Our goal is to provide employment to 1000 women to help them become financially independent and serve as role models in their micro-environments, creating ripple effects in the community.
